For the past 14 years, Edwin has led Food Service brands and their international expansion in Mexico, Costa Rica, Portugal and Spain. His last role, from 2012 to 2020, was as General Manager and CMO at Domino's in Brazil, where he was responsible for the expansion and growth of the network from R$50 million in sales to over R$500 million in 8 years (from some franchises to over 300 stores across the country).

He has worked for companies such as: Vivo, Ericsson, Oi, Huawei, Upstream, Persado, Retina, O3Bnetworks, Facewatch. He led IoT and Artificial Intelligence projects and solutions in optimizing Retail, Industry, Marketing, Security, Anti-Fraud and BI operations.
